Allow us 48 hours to collect, pack and ship your order.
When everything is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will also see it appear in your online account.
3. Track your package
Using your tracking number, locate your order in real time on the carrier’s website and plan for its arrival!
4. Get ready for delivery!
Please note that we deliver fairly large boxes. We recommend that you have a friend with you to help carry your box inside (and why not assemble your furniture!)
If your order contains more than one product, it may arrive in several deliveries.
5. On your marks, get set, assemble!

Frequently asked questions about delivery
Is there a minimum purchase amount required to take advantage of free shipping?
No! No matter the total value of your shopping cart, delivery is always free. However, make sure you live in an area that is eligible for delivery.
What other shipping options are available?
Currently, only home delivery is available in Canada.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver (almost) everywhere in Canada! However, shipping is currently not available for Newfoundland, Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon and some further northern territories.
I didn’t receive my tracking number, is it normal?
If you have not received your tracking number, it is probably because your order has not yet been shipped. When everything is on the way, we will send you an email containing this information. You will also see it appear in your account.
Despite this, you still haven’t received your tracking number? Feel free to contact us!
I won’t be home at the time of delivery, is that a problem?
If you are not at home when the carrier arrives, they will decide whether to drop the package off at your doorstep or leave a note indicating where to pick up your order.
I only received one product, but I ordered several.
If you ordered multiple items in one transaction, they may arrive at different times. This is because your products may be shipped from more than one location depending on inventory availability. Want a trick to know how many boxes will be shipped to you? There will be as many boxes as there are tracking numbers.
My furniture was damaged during delivery.
Although we go to great lengths to test and certify our packaging, it is possible that some parts of your furniture arrive damaged due to transportation. If this is the case, we invite you to contact our customer service team quickly. We can send you the necessary replacement parts for free.
