Terms and conditions
For online retailers
- Must be incorporated (Inc., Ltd., Enr.)
- Must provide a credit application upon application approval. Credit coverage by our insurance company is mandatory.
- Must commit to a minimum of $100 000 in sales for the first revolving 12 months.
- Must have a well-constructed website (professional pictures, easy general browsing, professional branding) that has been live and transactional for at least 2 years and generate a minimum of 200,000 unique visitors per month.
- Must have a complete and clear return policy stated on your website, and dedicated customer service support.
- Must generate all sales from own website (we do not accept marketplace partnership requests).
For brick & mortar retailers
- Must be incorporated (Inc., Ltd., Enr.)
- Must provide a credit application upon application approval. Credit coverage by our insurance company is mandatory.
- Must commit to a minimum of $100 000 in sales for the first 24 months.
- Must have a retail store that has been in operation for at least 2 years.
- Must have a return policy and customer service available in-store, by email or by phone.
