Warranty on 
furniture and accessories

This warranty covers all parts and components of your furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period:
  • One (1) year for furniture manufactured by our partners 
  • Five (5) years for furniture manufactured by South Shore
It is limited to the repair or replacement of parts. See the Warranty section on each product page to know which coverage applies.

10-year warranty

WORKPLACE furniture

Our line of professional office furniture is built to last!
In addition to meeting the performance standards of the Business + Institutional Furniture Manufacturer’s Association (BIFMA), Workplace products are covered by a 10-year warranty on parts and components.

Warranty on 
lift tables

The different parts of our standing desks are covered during:
  • Five (5) years for the structure
  • Two (2) years for all electrical components

Warranty on 
commercial grade 
outdoor furniture

This warranty covers all parts and components of commercial grade outdoor furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a period determined by the materials from which it is made of:
  • One (1) year for fabric, plastic, polyethylene resin, metal and wood products
  • Five (5) years for marine grade polyethylene resin products

30-day return policy 
on decor accessories

Not satisfied with your decor accessories purchase? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate the return or exchange process.
Please note that a 15% return fee will be charged to you to cover shipping costs. Some conditions apply. See the complete return policy for more information.

  • the 9-digit production code starting with * or the item number (SKU) 
  • a picture of the defective parts (if applicable)
