We design and manufacture our own products in-house or in collaboration with our certified manufacturing partners.
It is therefore easy for us to get answers to your questions, since we are constantly in contact with our various design, production, and distribution teams.

The South Shore warranty
In a way, your furniture is part of your family, and family is for life. Our commitment to our products—and to you—doesn’t end once the purchasing process is over.
We offer a 5-year warranty on all products we manufacture (apart from South Shore brand desks, which are protected by a 10-year warranty) and a 1-year warranty on all products and accessories but are manufactured by our certified partners (some exceptions may apply).
